Sonic Bowl House Rules
1. Our duty staff shall assign the number of lanes according to the number of bowlers and
crowd situation. Bowlers are not allowed to choose or request the number of lanes.
2. Our duty staff or any management staff has the right to decline bowlers with improper attire, bowlers who fail to present any proper form of ID, or any children under twelve (12) years old without at least one (1) adult companion
3. Sonic Bowl reserves the right to cancel, postpone or delay the event due to any unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
4. Bowlers are to wear bowling shoes at all times when bowling and on the approach surface. No more than one ball per lane is to be thrown at a time. Bowlers are advised to avoid slow bowling.
5. All children under twelve (12) years old must be supervised by an adult. Our duty staff has the right to switch off unsupervised lanes without any notice to ensure safety.
6. Bowlers or patrons are not allowed to enter the lanes, aisles, or gutters. Should you require assistance, please contact duty staff at the counter.
7. No lofting of balls and vandalism. Any damages caused shall be reimbursed by the liable party.
8. No gambling or any form of betting is allowed within the premises.
9. Sonic Bowl and its employees shall not be held responsible for any injuries sustained and any damages to any personal equipment or belongings.
10. Sonic Bowl shall not be liable for any loss of belongings. Any belongings left at the counters are solely at the risk of the bowlers and patrons.
11. Sonic Bowl accepts no liability for consequences of any information needed.
Terms & Conditions
Payment:

A non-refundable payment of $50 (SBC member) or $55 (Public) per bowler is required to participate in the SLABACAD Sarawak event.

The reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment of $50/$55 before the event.

Payments can be made via PayNow to our UEN: 201621461D.

Proof of payment must be submitted at the end of this form to our Google Drive before submitting the form.
Refund Policy:
The fee is strictly non-refundable once payment has been made, except the following circumstances :

The event is cancelled by the Organiser.

The event is postponed to a new date that the participant is unable to attend (subject to written notice within 7 days of announcement).

In the event of a refund, the Organiser reserves the right to deduct any administrative or processing fees incurred.

No refund will be given for no-shows, withdrawals, or removal from the centre due to rule violations.
Organiser Rights:

I understand that the Organiser reserves the rights to amend, modify, or change any of the activities, rules and regulations stated here at any time without prior notice.

Any such amendments or modifications will be deemed effective immediately upon being posted on the official event social media or communicated though other official channels.

Participants are responsible for staying informed of any updates or changes. Continued participation in the event will be deemed as acceptance of the amended rules and regulations.

The Organiser reserves the right to interpret all rules and regulations and to make any decisions on matters not specifically covered herein. All such decisions shall be final and binding on all participants.

The organiser reserves the right to amend or change the refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments will be communicated via official channels.
