Qn 1. If my SBC only expires in July, when can I renew my membership, and how much do I have to pay?
Ans: You can renew your membership at any point before your membership expires. We will be pro-rating the prices of the membership renewals for the year 2026. Therefore, you only have to pay $30 for the rest of the year. This is so that everyone's membership will follow the calendar year.
 
Qn 2. Why are we doing it this way?
Ans: We would like to follow SBF's practice, which is by calendar year moving forward.

Qn 3. What do the prices besides the months mean, like what does it mean by January - March $100. 
Ans: This means that if you sign up any time during the months of January - March, your membership fee will be $100 for a new sign-up or $60 for a renewal.

Qn 4. If I renew my membership in August 2026, does it last until August 2027? 
Ans: No, all renewals for this year will end on December 31st, and the renewal prices are all pro-rated.

Qn 5. What if I decide to be a new sign-up in August 2026? Does it last until August 2027? 
Ans: No. All our memberships will end on 31st December of that year. You must renew your membership before the year ends for the following year of 2027. That is the reason why every quarter the new registration prices are different as they are pro-rated.

Qn 6. My membership has already expired. Can I still renew my membership? 
Ans: For the limited time that we are giving the grace period, you are allowed to. However, after this grace period, there will be no exceptions that will be given on renewal.

Qn 7. I accidentally transferred the wrong amount on PayNow, can I get a refund and resubmit my application? 
Ans: Yes. However, do give us up to 14 working days to resolve any disputes. But we will be in contact with you the whole time, please drop an email to marketing@sonicbowl.sg if you have any disputes.
